AML & KYC Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Purpose
CFXMarkets, operated by Simu Markets LTD (license BFX2024023/02.2024), is committed to preventing money laundering (AML) and the financing of terrorism, in line with international financial industry practices. This policy describes our customer identification (KYC) and activity monitoring procedures.
2. Identity verification (KYC)
Before full account activation, we may request:
- An official photo ID (passport, national ID or driver's license);
- Proof of residence issued within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement);
- Proof of the payment method used, where applicable.
Documents must be legible, valid and issued in the account holder's name.
3. Activity monitoring (AML)
We monitor deposits, withdrawals and trading patterns to identify unusual activity. Suspicious transactions may be reviewed, temporarily held and, where required by law, reported to the competent authorities.
4. Source of funds
We may request evidence regarding the origin of deposited funds. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the trading account holder must own the payment method used.
5. Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions
We do not open accounts for individuals or entities on international sanctions lists, nor for residents of jurisdictions where our services are prohibited.
6. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with regulators and supervisory authorities, providing information when legally required, always in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Review of this policy
This policy is reviewed periodically to reflect regulatory changes and market best practices. The current version will always be available on this page.
